How can i determine my pets avoidence?

The short answer is we don't really know exactly.

A test I did a few months back points to pets probably having 5% chance each to dodge, parry, block, and be missed baseline against a same level mob, with talents adding on top of that. The test I conducted for this was only a little over 2,000 attacks, not nearly enough to get a really thorough and accurate result, but its all we've got at the moment.
