I know several of you have done this, and have even submitted feats, so please add any additional tips.

Here goes

The Setup
Any tenacity pet will work very well here. If you find yourself taking alot of damage from whelps, shell sheild will help with this. If you have t5 bonus, mend pet will not needed constantly (credit nordh), but even without t5, a full tanking spec will find mend pet can lapse, especially with a turtle.

Self healing trinkets, racials, or profession bonuses come in handy, as the main issue is incoming damage to the hunter.

Fire resist can help but is not required by any means.

Spec your pet for damage. Threat isnt needed (FD) and survivability is not an issue for the pet.

Use the Elixir of Mighty Fortitude if you are having problems with losing hunter health.

The Fight
Step to the right or the left of the entrance and send your pet in and start cracking. This makes sure that when the pet is knocked back it doesnt get knocked out of the instance and reset the encounter.

Use viper to refill mana and time it so that when you get her to ~65% you are at full mana so you can start phase 2 with full mana.

In phase 2 you will start getting the random fireballs. Make sure not to bandage when a fireball is being cast on your hunter. Also, feign death will save you from being hit by one, so do this as often as possible. Avoid the Deep Breaths by standing on the sides of the instance. This is the most damaging attack she will do so keep your damage low. Also whelps will come out, try to get your pet to pick these up. Use Feign Death, Frost/Freezing, Deterrence, and Disengage to minimize damage to the hunter.

You will have to continue to dps the boss to ~40% to end this phase, and this is the most challenging part of the fight. Keeping out of Deep Breath, away from the whelps, full on health, all while dpsing can be challenging.

Once you trigger phase 3 ony will land and occasionally use a fear and lava will shoot up from the floor. Use trinkets and BW to interrupt, but you can simply brute force this if needed. Not as difficult as phase 2. The floor fire does not do significant fire damage.

She drops about 52 gold, and 6 or so epics/blues, some of which can sell for a modest amount.

Estimated time, 10-15 minutes.

If anyone has any questions or additional hints and tips, please add them.
